Duties & Responsibilities:
· Preparing and sending proposals and Tax invoices to clients.
. Manage office supplies and purchasing
. Coordinate meetings and employee vacations.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Manage schedules and deadlines.
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
Organize and supervise other office activities.
The candidate should be:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,000.00 per month
Computer Literate with good MS Office Skills especially in EXCEL
Good Communication Skills ( ENGLISH )
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Must be present in UAE
Available to join immediately
