BAF is hiring a Finance Manager for its operations in Salalah, Oman. The selected candidate will lead the financial accounting and reporting function, maintain the general ledger and fixed asset accounting, oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensure proper accounting for inventory and production costs, prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Omani regulations, manage statutory and tax compliance, and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

a. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
b. Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
c. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
d. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
e. Experience in inventory accounting, production cost accounting, and financial closing processes.
f. Knowledge of Omani statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
g. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
