Key Responsibilities
•Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender doents for fire protection projects.
•Perform quantity take-offs for fire alarm, firefighting, and suppression systems.
•Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
•Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during the bidding process.
•Ensure compliance with applicable fire codes, standards, and client requirements.
•Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
•2–5 years of experience in fire protection estimation, tendering, or project costing.
•Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, including:
oFire Alarm Systems
oFire Fighting Systems
oSprinkler Systems
oClean Agent & Gas Suppression Systems
•Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
•Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation.
•Familiarity with NFPA standards and local fire codes.
•Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently and meet tender deadlines.
