Unity Holding is hiring a Food Safety & Quality Supervisor for its operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will monitor food production, implement food safety programs, conduct inspections and internal audits, ensure compliance with HACCP and regulatory requirements, and maintain food safety doentation. The role also includes training employees, monitoring product quality, and working closely with Operations, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to maintain the highest food safety standards.

a. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Hospitality, or a related field.
b. HACCP Certification (Required).
c. Food Safety Level 3 or equivalent certification.
d. ISO 22000/Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
e. 2 to 5 years of experience in Food Safety or Quality Assurance within food service, catering, restaurants, or food manufacturing.
f. Hands-on experience with HACCP implementation and food safety audits.
g. Good knowledge of local food safety regulations
