Job Description

Manage the office rental, water and electricity bills, transportation, communication and other daily matters.
Collect and review the tax invoices and process reimbursement locally.
Manage the individual petty cash fund.
Assist with auditing the company annual reports, and tax reports, payments and returns.
Assist with the company’s annual qualifications extension.
Collect and archive different types of files of the company.
Maintain the monthly work attendance form of the local employees.
Carry out other administrative duties required by the Dubai office to run the business.
