MNA PROPERTIES is seeking an innovative Graphics Designer Photo / Videographer with extensive experience developing high-end marketing collateral. The desired candidate will be highly creative, production oriented, and driven.
Role Purpose:
You who will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing, communications goals and design campaigns.
Duties include assisting with and creating microsite, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, pitch books and various other marketing materials. To capture and produce high quality images & videos of properties for marketing and listing purposes.
The person should have the willingness to learn and adapt to the work culture with a strong understanding of entire workflow from pre-production to post-production. Strong ability to find opportunities in ever growing challenges in video production. Ability to shoot, edit and create phot of different styles and quality.

Key Accountabilities:
Produce sophisticated graphic design artwork to support Company’s creative vision.
Elevate and refine presentations, brochures, reports, and other marketing collateral.
Adhere to brand standards while continually improving design.
Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
Proofread marketing, press, and general copy.
Manage and doent project timeline and approval process.
Work closely with the Marketing Team and Real Estate Consultants to generate creative content and video concepts to deliver campaigns and content.
Lead full video production process including conceptualization, scheduling, filming, and post-editing
Managing all relevant pho assets including high end and low end quality. Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
Think creatively to edit and assemble final visu creative material; ensures consistency and relevancy to production; monitors the technical quality of final video.
In charge of shooting, camera & making online video advertisements.
To be able to review and identify locations, setups and necessary lights to create video advertisements
Deep research on various shooting strategy for short video format, using distinct style and methodology to create unique video shoots.
Work closely with cross functional teams on planning, requirements and processes.
Good visualization skills and willingness to bring innovative elements within phot.
Knowledge and experience of usi digital video advertising.
Specialized in Filming and Video Editing.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
At least 2-3 years of real estate graphic design, photography, videography experience, demonstrating skills pertaining to composition, correct exposure, accurate colour, perspective control, and editi
Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, etc.
Compelling portfolio with projects showcasing skills that are relevant to Real Estate branding and projects.
Must be versatile and flexible in making last minute adjustments to work requests.
Must be able to photograph property exteriors producing images with straight verticals and corrected perspective
Attention to detail, focus, colour, and quality of light
Excellent communication and time management skills; always on-time to appointments
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks but also accept direction on given assignments
Deadline-oriented; able to work quickly and efficiently to turn around assigned projects within the given deadline
Service-oriented attitude and professional demeanour.
Must have a valid UAE Driver’s license
