Job Description:-
1. Lead Generation and to attract new clients
2. Client Acquisition; Research and identify new opportunities and generate leads. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
3. Bring new business to the organization
4. Client Management (From requirements to proper payments); Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
5. Maintain proper coordination with the recruitment team and relationship managers to generate quality results.
6. Develop and confirm partnership with new clients.
7. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employers.
