Job Overview:
A Telesales Representative in the real estate sector is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, understanding their real estate needs, and guiding them through the initial stages of buying or selling property. The primary objective is to generate leads, set appointments, and create opportunities for real estate agents to facilitate property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Prospect and cold-call potential clients from various sources, such as databases, referrals, and marketing campaigns, to identify individuals interested in buying or selling real estate.

Client Engagement: Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their specific real estate needs, preferences, and timelines.

Property Matching: Utilize knowledge of available properties and market conditions to match potential clients with suitable listings.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with potential clients, either virtually or in person, to further discuss their real estate requirements.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and leads within the CRM system.

Follow-Up: Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged until they are ready to proceed with a real estate transaction.

Market Updates: Provide clients with market updates, property listings, and relevant information to keep them informed and engaged.

Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, tailored to the needs of each potential client.

Objection Handling: Address potential client objections and concerns effectively, providing solutions and information as needed.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations governing telesales and real estate practices.


Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field can be an advantage.

Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate markets, property types, and local regulations is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to engage potential clients effectively.

Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to persuade and guide potential clients through the sales process.

Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and client interactions.

Persistence: The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude to persistently pursue leads.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Work Environment:
Telesales Representatives in real estate typically work in call centers or real estate agencies. Some roles may allow for remote work, especially for outbound calling campaigns. The work environment is often fast-paced and target-driven.
