Job Description

As HR Administrator, you will support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Your main administrative duties will include maintaining employee records, managing HR doents (e.g. employment records and onboarding packs) and updating internal databases. You will have experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks promptly.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to UAE labour laws.



Key Responsibilities

· Organising & maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)

· Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, leavers, annual leave and sickness absence)

· Prepare HR doents, i.e. offer letters, contracts and new employee induction and probation pac

· Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented

· Liaise with external partners, medical insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

· Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics

· Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues

· Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules, time in lieu)

· Visa processing (Mainla & Cancellation


Requirements

· Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

· Good verbal and written communication

· Proficient in spoken English

· Experience working with

· Computer literacy

· Thorough knowledge of UAE Labour law

· Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects

· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

· BS in Human Resources or relevant field
