Job Description

Human Resources (HR) Coordinator Develop, Advise On And Implement Policies Relating To The Effective Use Of Personnel Within An Organization. Their Aim Is to Ensure That the Organization Employs the Right Balance Of worke In Terms Of Skills and Experience, And That Training and Development opportunities Are Available to Employees to Enhance Their Performance and Achieve the Employer's Business Aims.
HR Coordinator is involved in entire process from joining to the exiting of an employee. These Cover Areas Such As Working Practices, Recruitment, Maintaining employee Records, Pay, Conditions of Employment etc.
An HR Coordinator Must Have A Clear Understanding Of Their Employer's Business Objectives And Be Able To Devise And Implement Policies Which Select, Develop And Retain The Right Staff Needed To Meet These Objectives.
HR Coordinator must do all HR administration centered activities, and add value to the business by helping management to achieve their goals so that business targets are met.
HR Coordinator should have a positive attitude to the work, adopt for any changes and be fully responsible for h tasks.
In all cases HR coordinator should report to the management for their decision other than h day to day activities.


Candidate Requirements

Preferably: Filipina

•Be actively involved in recruitment Process (by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the entire hiring process)
•Create, implement and maintain effective onboarding and exiting pla etc.
•Communicating, maintaining and making sure the employees understanding and adopting to the company policies, procedures, rules etc.
•Develop training and development programs for employees when required
•Assist in performance manageme processes
•Support and report to the management of disciplinary and grievance issues of employees (in time).
•Maintain employee records (Example: attendance, Leave, Medical, Insurance etc.) according to policy and legal requirements of the UAE
•Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
•Monthly reports to management to and accounts of processing of salaries or any other.
•Preparing and assisting in anything related to employee questio etc.
•Perform any other delegated tasks by Management
•No complaints from employees and management regarding any HR issue.
•In all cases report to the management for decisions
