Job Description: We seek a dynamic and skilled HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealing with candidates related to company policies. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent Convening Skills and a passion for HR Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

1. Conducting Daily Interviews:

Lead and conduct interviews from 8 to 10 candidates on a daily basis to build a skilled and reliable security team.
Develop effective interview strategies to assess candidates' suitability for various security roles within the organization.
Collaborate with the HR department to streamline the recruitment process and ensure timely hiring.
2. Recruitment Strategy:

Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement an efficient recruitment strategy for hiring security staff.
Identify potential sources for recruiting security personnel and build partnerships with relevant agencies or organizations.
Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract the best talent in the security industry.
3. Candidate Evaluation:

Evaluate candidates based on established criteria, including experience, qualifications, and interpersonal skills.
Conduct thorough background checks and screenings to ensure the integrity and reliability of potential hires.
Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment efforts with specific security requirements for different roles.
4. Onboarding Support:

Provide support in the onboarding process of new security personnel, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Facilitate training sessions or orientations to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
5. Relationship Building:

Build positive relationships with potential candidates and create a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
Attend industry events, job fairs, or networking sessions to connect with prospective security professionals.
6. Doentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of candidate interviews, assessments, and hiring decisions.
Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including the number of interviews conducted, successful hires, and any challenges faced.
7. Stay Informed:

Stay informed about industry trends, security standards, and changes in regulations that may impact recruitment and hiring processes.
Implement best practices in security personnel recruitment to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry standards.
8. Compliance:

Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

9. Guiding Candidates on Company Policies and SOPs:

Provide a comprehensive overview of [Your Company Name]'s policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols to candidates during interviews.
Clearly articulate the expectations and standards for security staff, emphasizing the importance of adherence to company policies for maintaining a secure environment.

11. Compliance Training:

Collaborate with the training department to incorporate relevant compliance training modules into the interview process.

Emphasize the importance of continuous learning and adherence to evolving policies within the security landscape.
12. Assessing Policy Understanding:

Integrate questions into the interview process to assess candidates' comprehension of company policies and SOPs.
Evaluate candidates' ability to apply policy knowledge to hypothetical scenarios, ensuring a practical understanding of security protocols.
13. Continuous Improvement:

Gather feedback from candidates regarding the clarity and effectiveness of the policy presentation during interviews.
Collaborate with the HR and training teams to refine and enhance the process of guiding candidates on company policies based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
14. Collaboration with Training Department:

Work closely with the training department to stay updated on any changes or updates to company policies.
Coordinate with the training team to align the information provided during interviews with the broader training curriculum.
15. Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of policy discussions during interviews, doenting any additional training or clarification provided to candidates.
Ensure that the information conveyed aligns with the latest versions of company policies and SOPs.
16. Integrity and Ethics:

Emphasize the significance of integrity and ethical behavior in adhering to company policies.
Assess candidates' commitment to upholding ethical standards and following established procedures in their role as security personnel.
