Sinclus is hiring an experienced HSE Officer for a leading Oil & Gas project in the UAE. The selected candidate will implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies, conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments, ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards, investigate incidents, promote process safety, deliver safety training, and support the development of a safe working environment across project sites.

a. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering.
b. NEBOSH Certificate is mandatory.
c. Minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
d. Experience in Accident Process and Process Safety is mandatory.

f. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
g. Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
