We at Mechsoft Technologies are seeking a qualified inside sales consultant to bring more mileage for the running engine with their own skill. The ideal sales consultant should have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, and excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.
Objectives of this role
• Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
• Achieve company objectives by planning effectively, closing sales target, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance
• Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Responsibilities
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners and clients
• Ensure that company quotas and standards are met by holding check-ins with sales team to set objectives for the day and to monitor progress
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Skills and qualifications
• Two or more years of sales within IT sales
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Salary commensurate with ability and knowledge
