We are a leading insurance brokers based in Dubai. We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.
If you are a high-energy type of person, customer-focused, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales driven environment, you might be the perfect candidate we are looking for!
The position entails the following responsibilities:
- Identifying prospects through various sales channels
- Prospecting and selling Life, Medical, Motor, Marine and General Business Insurance
- Handling existing portfolios mainly in General Business
- Visiting potential clients
- Designing adequate covers and providing appropriate consultations
- Generating and servicing new accounts
- Managing portfolio renewals and establishing relationship with customers
- Following up for collection of payment
The potential candidates for this role should have:
High school degree or equivalent - 2+ Years of previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
Good command of English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
UAE Driving License (Additional Advantage)
