The Tele Sales Executive would be the first point of contact for prospective clients and would play a crucial role in achieving the sales target.
Role Responsibilities
· Calling clients and understanding their requirements and needs
· Generating relevant leads by calling clients and directing them to the sales team
· Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and make suitable recommendations to the customers
· Entertain customer queries with patience to increase the lead count
· Address any concerns clients may have
· Generating meetings by calling on leads
· Offer solutions based on client needs
· Keep an updated customer base
· Continuously meet the monthly quota of calls and sales volume, as assigned
