Job Description:
* Recruitment of Insurance Advisors
* Training, Developing and mentoring the team
* Reviewing the performance of the team members
* Daily morning huddle with team and setting business plan for the day
* Joint calls and field activity along with team members
* Setting and achieving the sales targets on monthly basis
* Monitoring daily sales calls of the team members
Skills:
Good communication skills

Demonstrated Customer service
Qualification and experience:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2 years UAE Experience in managing a Life Insurance sales team
Valid UAE driving license with car
