We are currently on the lookout for an Internation Sales Representative for a Luxury Brand of Watches in Dubai, UAE.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Implement strong business plan and upholds brand management.
2.Knowledgeable on operational policies, customer service, sales support and strong operational skills
3. Establish strong relationship with Business Associates in order to maximize comprehensive performance.
3. Oversee the team and provide training and coaching to peers
4. Autonomous and pro-active.
5. Results-driven attitude
6. Researching the leads for luxury brand watch products and services through internet tools and established relationships with clients.
7. Processing the sales orders and organizing the shipment of products.
8. Maintaining records of all orders and purchases placed for accounting purposes.
9. Managing the set-up process for new ad campaigns, including uploading, scheduling, launching and optimizing campaigns along with general reporting and analysis functions as needed.
10. Expediting orders to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction, handling overa issues at various freight forwarding facilities both here and abroad.
Requirements:
a. Candidate must have a bachelor's degree
b. Strong background in developing and managing customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies
c. Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and delivering multiple objectives at the same time
d. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational role within Luxury Watches Sector
e. Retail Experience on WATCHES
f. Significant Work experience in UAE in LUXURY WATCHES (Required)
g. Strong database in GCC countries.
