Job Description

We are actively seeking to hire an Arabic speaking " International Sales Executive-HVAC" to work for our reputed Refrigerant gas Company located in Dubai. Candidates /having similar roles and experienced will be contacted back.

Responsibilities but not limited to :

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking and social media.
Follow up with Existing Clients and get the new orders.
Familiar with international variances in cultural and legal issues as pertaining to sales
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to sales performance, planning, account information , or as otherwise requested
Develops and grows relationships with key custome, acting on new information and monitoring customer satisfaction, meeting sales budget and aligned program partner goals
Translate the Company’s overall direction and objectives into a sales plan encompassing
Orders must be completed in the system with 100% accuracy
Must guarantee satisfaction and value for the customer at all times
Must adhere at all times to the company vision and mission
Support sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth and market share, meeting or exceeding budget targets for attendance, revenue and per cap
Ensure ideal USH presentation and positioning within client distribution systems, with a key focus on B websites
Seek and leverage marketing opportunities within the client network
Other duties assigns by the line Manager
Requirements:

Communicate and understand professional level service needs, client staffing requirements, client practices and physician credentials
Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and influential
Effectively work in a team environment, while successfully integrating individual work efforts to meet team objectives
Conceptually and mathematically able to compute and understand profit margins
Excellent prioritization, time management and problem-solving skills
1-2 years of experience in direct sales a phone sales of products or services
