Main Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Capital Management Tracking
Equity committed to new and existing investments.
Capex expenditure and projections.
2. Investment analys modelling
Conduct researches.
Conduct analysis and feasibility studies for prospective investments and acquisitions.
Perform modelling and analysis for prospective asset sales and exits.
Develop presentations on investment opportunities.
3. Performance Reporting
Develop returns analysis, track key metrics.
Develop management presentations.
Evaluation of existing portfolio (evaluation of investment properties, cost benefit analysis, value add projec initiatives).
Develop performance metrics and operational KPIs on investment.
4. Reporting and tracking of operational cash flows
Receive property revenues and expenses from Finance.
Analysis of performance against budget, historical, projections.
