FOS Energy is seeking an experienced IVMS & Safe Journey Management Specialist to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS), overseeing Safe Journey Management (SJM) processes, monitoring fleet operations, analyzing driver behavior, and ensuring compliance with HSE and road transport safety standards. The role also involves preparing reports, supporting operational safety initiatives, and improving fleet performance. Candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience and previous work experience in Oman will be given preference.

a. Proven experience in In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS) and Safe Journey Management (SJM).
b. Experience in fleet monitoring, journey planning, driver behavior analysis, and compliance reporting.
c. Strong understanding of HSE and road transport safety requirements.
d. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
e. Previous work experience in Oman is an added advantage.
f. Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills in English.
g. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
