•Welcome children and parents with a friendly and professional attitude.
•Supervise children during play activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
•Monitor play equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
•Enforce play area rules and safety guidelines.
•Assist children with activities and encourage positive social interaction.
•Organize and facilitate games, crafts, or group activities when required.
•Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the play area.
•Sanitize toys and equipment according to hygiene standards.
•Assist with birthday parties, special events, and group bookings.
•Respond promptly to minor incidents and notify supervisors or parents when necessary.
•Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests.
•Support opening and closing procedures of the play facility.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Previous experience working with children, childcare, or customer service is preferred.
•Basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
•Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and actively supervise children throughout the shift.
