Previous real estate sales experience
Excellent Written and Spoken English Skills.
UAE or a transferable Driving License.
Self-Driven, Hardworking, Ambitious and Reliable.
Job Responsibilities
Advise Sellers & Landlords on Market Conditions and conduct valuations
Qualifying Potential Buyers & Tenants
Conducting Viewings and Following Up with Clients.
Negotiating Offers and Contracts between both Parties
Networking to become an Area Specialist within your assigned Community
Maintaining Relationships with Clients
