• Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients.Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
• Plan, track and keep logs and records of all the export shipments. Review the Export documents, monitor shipment arrival date and ports free time. Apply for customs duty exemption, MOE quota, etc.
• Understand the customers' requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
• To book with the approved forwarde lines and prepare all the shipping documents required for export, import and domestic deliveries.
• Continually review the freight costs and transportation rates and negotiate with shipping lines and forwarders.
• Experience in coordinating international shipments and domestic deliveries and preparation of shipping documents.
• Detail-oriented team player.
• Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform with minimum supervision.
Minimum Commerce graduate
UAE driving License with a car is a Must
Candidate with own visa preferred
Preferably Living in Sharjah / Ajman.
