As an International Student Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract prospective international students. You will work closely with educational institutions, agents, and other partners to build strong relationships and promote our programs globally. Your goal will be to achieve enrollment targets while ensuring a positive and smooth transition for international students.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute comprehensive international student recruitment plans to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other recruitment partners to expand our network.
•Represent the institution at international recruitment fairs, conferences, and events to showcase our programs and engage with potential students and agents.
•Provide accurate and up-to-date information about admissions requirements, academic programs, scholarships, and other relevant details to prospective students and agents.
•Support prospective students throughout the application process, including application review, doent verification, and visa assistance.
•Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for international students, including orientation programs and support services.
•Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student demographics to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Marketing, International Relations, etc.).
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in international student recruitment, preferably in an educational institution or study abroad agency.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including formal written communications) to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
•Strong knowledge of international education systems, admissions processes, and visa regulations.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
•Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
