About the Company

VALOUR is a Bahraini Sportswear Brand that was established in 2015. Since then, it has established itself as the leading sportswear brand in Bahrain by providing high quality sportswear for retail customers and sports organizations.

Main Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce

- E-Commerce strategies; Develop and execute plans to improve customers experience and website performance on quarterly basis.
Website and Back-End Management; Addi products and inventory updating, refreshing landing pages, liaising with suppliers to implement new features and updates.

- Orders Management; Ensure orders, returns and exchanges are fulfilled on time by Liaising with delivery and Shipment companies.

- Inventory Management; Maintain inventory tracking and recording, prepare stock reports including analysis and recommendations
Monthly Reporting; Website performance; analyzing traffic and sales.

2. Digital Marketing & Communications

- Content Strategy; Formulate new and creative marketing content strategies

- Content Creation; Develop marketing Content, Email Marketing Automation, and others using PS, AI, Canva or other softwa.

- Digital Media Management; Scheduling and managing content sharing on all platforms and keeping an engaged and active social community.

- Social Reporting: Social Platforms accounts performance analysis and recommendations

- Paid Advertisements Reporting; Campaigns performance and ROI analysis

- Proposal Development; Create proposals and sales pitch presentations which includes sourcing designers to assist in the process.

- Communicate and liaise with Clients; Presenting proposals, negotiating and closing deals.

- Management of Photoshoots; manage ven bookings and liaising with mode to ensure that the shooting objectives are delivered.
Other related tasks and responsibilities

Candidate Requirements


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design or any related field
- Professional certificates in Photoshop, Illustrator or After Effect is a plus
- Photography and videography experience is a bonus

Skills and competencies

- An enthusiastic and committed fresh graduate, or
- 1-3 years experience in Marketing, Media, Design or related field
- Creative in generating new content ideas and marketing strategies
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask with strong time management skills
- Effective customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with creating engaging marketing content in Canva, PS, AI or other software.
