The selected candidate will lead retail showroom operations, B2B sales, and B2C distribution while driving business growth and market expansion. The role includes overseeing sales operations, marketing initiatives, financial performance, and team leadership. a. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
b. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or kitchen appliances sales.
c. Currently working as a Team Leader, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Division Manager, or higher leadership role.
d. Proven experience managing retail showrooms and distribution networks.
e. Strong exposure to both B2B and B2C sales channels.
f. Valid GCC Driving License.
g. Bahraini or Arabic nationals are preferred. Candidates currently residing in Bahrain will be given preference.
h. Experience with leading home appliance brands is an advantage.
