ARTE Consulting's HR branch is looking for a Marketing Manager for one of its clients. Our client is a real estate agency established in 2023 in the United Arab Emirates by a team of highly qualified and talented sales managers, specialised in Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary).
Tasks
Within the agency, your role will be to :
• Write the company methodology in collaboration with the Marketing Director ;
• Deploy the company's methodology to sales team ;
• Validate client presentations and patrimonial approaches ;
• Set up an internal marketing toolbox ;
• Organise and follow up marketing campaigns on the internet and networks ;
• Organise all types of client events (client breakfasts, meetings with chambers of commerce, participation in business forums, etc.) ;
• Animate the network of business introducers ;
• Manage the marketing budget ;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis ;
• Monitor the brand and improve its reputation ;
• Support the sales department by providing the necessary materials (brochures, leaflets, fact sheets, etc.) ;
• Generate customer leads according to the methods provided by the company.

- Business school graduated ;
- At least 2 languages spoken fluently (including English) ;
- Additional knowledge of a third language would be appreciated ;
- Strong communication skills ;
- Proactive, open-minded, rigorous. Creativity is highly valued ;
- Very comfortable in writing and speaking ;
- Flexibility, availability, reactivity.
