Job Overview:
A Luxury SPA is looking for a Massage Therapist who is passionate about promoting a holistic approach to personal health. You should be familiar with various massage services that can help reduce pain and stress. Our ideal candidate must be able to make a client feel comfortable and encourage them to return for additional treatment. To apply for this position, you must have Massage Therapist certification.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most.
•Knowledgeable in all types of Massage like Thai, Swedish, Shiatsu, Cupping, Hot stone, Candle massage and Ventosa.
•Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions.
•Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body.
•Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods.
•Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients.
•Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire.
•Actively participate in other area of Spa Operations such as Full face Threading, Eyebrow bleach, Eyebrow Tint, all kinds of Waxing, Facial, Lashes Extensions and Egyptian Waxing.
•Must be skilled and has a certificate to bring upon interview.
