The selected candidate will lead merchant acquiring product and sales initiatives, develop product strategies, identify business growth opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, negotiate merchant agreements, collaborate with internal stakeholders, strengthen relationships with key merchants, and deliver innovative payment solutions to achieve business objectives.

a. Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
b. Master's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
c. Minimum 3–4 years of practical experience in a bank or a similar merchant acquiring role.
d. Strong knowledge of merchant acquiring products, payment solutions, and banking operations.
e. Experience in business development, sales strategy, and partnership management.
f. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
g. Strong analytical, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
