As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our field operations and drive operational excellence.
Your Role
As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage supervisors and cleaning teams, maintain strong client relationships, ensure service quality, optimize workforce productivity, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple cleaning contracts across the UAE.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise site supervisors and cleaning teams.
• Plan manpower allocation, transportation, and work schedules.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure exceptional service quality and client satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop operational staff.
• Monitor KPIs, attendance, productivity, and operational costs.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with HR, Recruitment, Accounts, and Management.
• Support business development through site surveys, quotations, mobilization, and client meetings.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of UAE cleaning industry experience
Minimum 2 years in an Operations Manager or Senior Operations role
Valid UAE Driving Licence
Experience managing 100+ cleaning staff
Strong experience in:
Commercial Cleaning
Hospitality Cleaning
Restaurant Cleaning
Housekeeping
Deep Cleaning
Facility Management
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
Currently based in the UAE
