Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Outdoor Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling postpaid SIM cards in outdoor settings. This position offers a competitive fixed salary along with generous commission incentives for each successful sale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting outdoor sales activities to promote and sell postpaid SIM cards.
2. Identifying and approaching potential customers in high-traffic outdoor locations.
3. Providing information about product features, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
4. Demonstrating effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and competitor activities.
6. Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
7. Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
8. Collaborating with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
9. Keeping accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales outcomes.
10. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in outdoor sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
6. Valid visit visa, cancelled visa, own visa, or ability to obtain company-provided visa.
7. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
8. UAE driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
