Job Description

Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare and organize doents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and intern stakeholders.
Conduct research and compile information on various topics as needed.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as requested by the CEO.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C level executives.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in-person with the CEO once a week.
• Social media skills and experience in managing corporate social media accounts would be a plus.


Candidate Requirements

Female Candidate.
Preferred African-Sponsor visa.
3-4 Years UAE experience.
Graduate.
