Partner with suppliers to develop up to date products to drive sales, increase margins, and expand market share.Shop competitors to ensure there is price competitiveness and identify assortment gaps.Develop and maintain product packages.Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain catego performance and product safety standards.Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.Schedule, prepare for, attend and\or lead team meetings as needed.Required to learn company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
Associate degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.5+ years of related work experience required.Ability to establish strong relationships to influence perceptions and manage change.Experience in Sports, Fitness or Entertainment is a must.
