Job Description

This Profile is going to be the Brand Ambassador in the projects' business, first contact representative and the first line technical reference of the brand in the projects' business, In charge of doing the brand-related tasks under the direct guidance and supervision of the country manager, Include maintaining The brand’s reputation, ensuring brand consistency, identifying new business opportunities, To do all the plans directed from the top management and following our internal department to insure maintaini of the brand standard, Attending all the required meetings with (Clients, consultant, and project management team).
 

1. Performing and doing all the technical tasks related to the brand's projects business as provided and guided by the Country Manager.
2. Supporting, communicating, and executing day to day operations and sales activities.
3. Introduce and present new products, new services, and doing projects' sales launch activities, and Projects' sales training and presentations.
4. Communicating with suppliers for sourcing qualified product ranges and required materials under the full supervision and guidelines of the country manager.
5. Attending all business meetings related to the brand's projects business.
6. Assisting and supporting Projects key account managers to identify the particular require product ranges that would fit their projects' specifications.
7. Promoting our projects' product lines, external with new clients, and internal with our different divisions.
8. Answering all the key accounts manage divisions any questions regarding the brand's technical projects' business requirements.
9. Handling the Training related to the brands' projects business(Products, technical, standards, and any other training related to the brand's projects business).
10. Gathering and collecting the feedback after closing and delivering any product related to the brand's projects business.
11. Liaison between suppliers and other parties (Clients, Consultants, and Project Management team).
12. Visiting projects and any prospected clients for getting more opportunities.
13. Submitting required reports for the entire brand (Sales, Clients, Prospected projects…etc).
14. Achieving sales goals by the end of each quarter. (to be explained and forecasted)
15. Support and work peer to peer with (Logistics team and Project management team) while executing the projects.
16. Working on the project tracker sheet for each project, and use Microsoft Project and the Projects' handbook to follow-up and execute all the tasks and reporting.
17. Recording sales figures and liaising with account managers to develop sales targets.
18. Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and clients' requests to ensure client satisfaction.
19. Handle all the activities related to site operation, Site Requirements, quantity surveying, BOQs, and all the projects operation needs and requirements.
20. Apply all the project management standards in all his project operation responsibilities and using the company standard project management tool (MS Projects).
