We are a leading real estate company based in Dubai and we are seeking a talented and experienced Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on property investment opportunities in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and other industry professionals.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
Knowledge of Dubai's property market and relevant laws and regulations.
A valid UAE driving license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) Russian and Chinese is a plus.
