Tusmo real estate is looking for multiple qualified Real Estate Broker / Senior Property Consultant in offplan market or secondary market, with 1 year of real estate experience, it must be in UAE.
Desired candidate profile:
Proven track record of sales in real estate industry in UAE
Possess an in-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, excellent sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Prior experience & knowledge of Off-Plan sale or secondary Sales,Rent
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales or rent strategies.
Have a good network of investors in the market.
Valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker
Proven record serving as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers.
Good Skills in assisting landlords in promoting their properties for sale or rent
