ARTE Consulting's HR branch is looking for a Property Sourcing Leader for one of its clients. Our client is a real estate agency established in 2023 in the United Arab Emirates by a team of highly qualified and talented sales managers, specialised in Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary).
Tasks
Within the agency, your role will be to :
• Select projects in the off-plan market and properties in the secondary market ;
• Analyse and evaluate the quality of a building, a floor, the property or part of the
property ;
• Source the property from other real estate agencies ;
• Arrange pho and communication of the property ;
• Sign mandates with sellers and owners ;
• Prospect for new partners and ensure the commercial follow-up of existing suppliers ;
• Manage a network of prospects ;
• Participate in trade shows and events ;
• Analyse the competitive space ;
• Keep a constant watch on new business developments.
- Former sales profile ;
- Minimum 5 years of successful real estate experience ;
- At least 2 languages spoken fluently (including English) ;
- Perfect knowledge of Dubai and the specificity of its neighbourhoods ;
- Perfect knowledge of presentation tools (powerpoint, adobe). Creativity highly appreciated ; - Experience in interior design or an interest in decoration is a plus ;
- Experience with a real estate developer in Dubai is a plus ;
- Business school graduated (ideally) ;
- Very comfortable in writing and speaking ;
- Proactive, open-minded, rigorous ;
- Flexibility, availability, reactivity.
