We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller with a strong background in the bottled drinking water industry. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of raw materials, quality standards, food safety systems, and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process.
Inspect and approve incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and local government regulations.
Conduct routine quality checks, testing, and doentation.
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Maintain quality records and prepare reports.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
Support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Controller in the bottled water industry.
Strong knowledge of raw materials, PET bottles, caps, labels, and packaging materials.
Good understanding of ISO standards, HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems.
Knowledge of UAE government regulations and municipality requirements related to bottled water production.
Experience in laboratory testing and quality doentation.
Good communication and reporting skills.
