We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate agent to join our dynamic team. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, as well as representing them in negotiations and transactions.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide excellent customer service throughout the buying, selling, and renting process.
Research and analyze the local real estate market to provide clients with current and accurate information on properties, prices, and market trends.
List and promote properties for sale or rent using various marketing strategies, such as online listings, and social media.
Show properties to potential buyers or renters, and accompany clients to property inspections and closings.
Negotiate with buyers, sellers, and other agents to ensure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and continuously improve your knowledge and skills.

A minimum of 1 yearsof experience as a real estate agent, with a proven track record of sales and client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate for clients and achieve positive outcomes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
Familiarity with real estate industry software and tools, such as Excel, CRM, and online listing platforms.
