Our company is now looking for a Real Estate Agent who is really passionate about Real estate business and helps our company to maximize our organizational growth with their knowledge and efficiency.
We are looking for:
1.Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs.
2.Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
3.Prepare and present business proposal to convince clients and secure consulting deal.
4.Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
5.Put properties up for sale by advertising them on various media and advert channel.
6.Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants.
7.Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin.
1.Minimum 0-1 years of experience in the same field.
2.Solid knowledge in real estate business.
3.Fluency in English and Arabic is plus.
4.Requirements of clients must be prioritize.
5.High efficiency in maintain good relationship with the clients.
