Real Estate Age
We are looking for a professional and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team at Al Miira Real Estate LLC and help us grow our business in Dubai. You will be responsible for finding and assisting clients who want to buy, sell, or rent properties in the area. You will also handle all aspects of the real estate transactions, from marketing and showing properties to negotiating and closing deals.
To be successful as a Real Estate Agent, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate. You should also have at least two years of experience as an agent or a broker in Dubai and a proven track record of successful sales. You must have a valid real estate license in Dubai or SO and a past RERA broker license. You must also be fluent in English and have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and assistance to clients who want to buy, sell, or rent properties in Dubai or SO.
Perform market research and analysis to determine the value and potential of properties.
Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses with prospective buyers and renters.
Negotiate and prepare contracts, offers, and agreements with sellers, buyers, and landlords.
Coordinate and facilitate the closing process and ensure that all legal and financial requirements are met.
Maintain and update a database of current and potential clients and properties.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the real estate industry.
Stay updated on the latest market trends, laws, and regulations affecting the real estate sector.

Requirements:
At least two years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or a similar role in the real estate industry.
A valid real estate license in Dubai or SO and a past RERA broker license.
A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse clients and personalities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software and platforms, such as Indeed, Zillow, and MLS.
A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A professional and ethical attitude, with a commitment to honesty and integrity.
