Role Objective:
•facilitate a variety of business transactions, such as real estate deals, by acting as an intermediary between the parties involved.
•Helps in executing existing marketing activities to ensure awareness of the company among all target groups and works toward building the overall strength and performance of the sales and marketing team and the company.
•Support in strategic and tactical sales plans of necessary activities to fulfill strategic objectives, develops relationships with existing clients and maximizes revenue potential, identifies and approaches potential new clients .
•Handle the assigned rotational sales leads to achieve targets.
•Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
•Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
•Confirm rental application data and personal references.
•Must be always updated and conscious of the property market status.
•Must know how to negotiate leasing terms and conditions to close deals.
•Must have excellent customer service and responsible for creating potential customer and client relationships, which includes doenting comprehensive customer information.
•Know how solicit property sales listings according to the monthly task assignment.
•Must visit companies and promote Grow Properties, minimum is three sales meeting in a weekly basis.
•Adopts a consultative approach in working with clients to establish requirements and propose solutions, using technology to strengthen offerings.
•Suggests viable target clients and industries, sourcing relevant data as necessary.
•Approaches potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and direct mail campaigns.
•Arranges and leads new med business meetings, delivering sales presentation in a professional manner.
•Must know how to reflect all the leads received and assisted in Grow sales spread sheet report in a daily basis
