The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a keen understanding of the Prefab home or Porta Cabins. This role is pivotal in driving our company’s revenue by identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and building meaningful relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed the assigned territory or target segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, achieving or exceeding targets.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
