You will assist customers, provide product information, handle transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers in finding products, providing recommendations, and answering their inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Monitor and replenish inventory levels, ensuring availability of products
Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise, checking for accuracy and quality
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn about new products quickly
Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
