Job Role: Retail Store Supervisor
Experience: 3 Plus years (with Supermarket / Hypermarket experience)
Salary: AED 3000 to AED 3500
Job Responsibility:
1.Monitor daily store sales and work closely with merchandisers to improve sales.
2.Update daily sales figure to the Higher management and forward with action plan if any.
3.Promotio display as per given plan
4.Communicate effectively with customers and retail merchandisers.
Stock Management
5.Create purchase order in time and follow-up with Purchase team to ensure Store has adequate stocks for sales,
6.Coordinate with Receiver & Suppliers for replacement of near expi goods
7.Monitoring & reducing stock shortages (difference in system & physical stock), expiry and damages etc.
Floor Management
8.Address customer complaints and ensures good customer relations are maintained.
9.Ensure walkways are clean and tidy.
10.Follow-up with concerned to coordinate with Pest control agency and ensure 100% pest control.
Preferred candidates working in Supermarket or Hypermarket as Store supervisor with good communication and store operations knowledge.
