Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants by promoting digital payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). You will actively prospect, build relationships, and help businesses adopt payment solutions that support their growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential merchants through outdoor field sales and cold calling.
Generate new business opportunities by acquiring SMEs across assigned territories.
Present and demonstrate digital payment solutions and explain their benefits.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
Qualify merchant requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions.
Submit complete and accurate merchant onboarding doentation.
Follow up with prospects and manage the sales process until activation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.
Update CRM with customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in outdoor B2B sales, field sales, merchant acquisition, or business development.
Experience in fintech, banking, payment solutions, POS, or SaaS is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working outdoors and visiting multiple merchants daily.
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
