Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Respond to inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about available properties and market trends.
Conduct property showings and open houses, ensuring clients receive a positive and informative experience.
Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood development.
Requirement:
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate or or a relevant experience
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
