Sales / Business Development Manager required for the Premium Coffee Brand coming to the UAE market.
We are looking for the trustful candidate who is open for the challenging opportunity and who is able to put all the time and efforts to build the brand awareness on the market and grow with the company. The candidate for this role should be European, or Arabic speaker. The other candidates will not be shortlisted.

- have a previous experience of working in Coffee industry as Sales or Business Development Executive;
-be very well connected and know the current market conditions;
-be aware of all the market players and market shares;
-bring the awareness to UAE market and explore the opportunities for B2B and B2C sales growth;
-reach the targets and achieve the yearly budget;
-work independently with minimal supervision;
-build a remarkably close relationship with customers, provide the finest service that they require, understand their objectives and bring the solution;
-develop a daily, weekly, and monthly communication mechanism, and establish bridges to deepen mutual understanding and integration.
-have the ability to analyze scenarios, and draw suitable conclusions;
-be ready to prepare the contracts, do all the necessary calculations, and submit financial reports when required;
-professional, presentable, knowledgeable, energetic and assertive;
-excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
-fluent in English, Arabic is a plus;
-finance background is preferable;
UAE Driving License is the must. The candidate should own a car.
