Job Description:
· Responsible for development of business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. To meet targets set by the organization both individually and motivate the sales team to meet their own and overall sales figures.
· Initiative to be taken and to coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. To assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
· To be actively involved in the entire sales process of identifying new clients, generating enquiries, estimation and quotations, site visits and meetings accompanying project coordinators and follow up of payments
· Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms.
· Know the market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in Steel or Wooden Door and Rolling Shutter industry would be preferred.
· Must have valid UAE Driving License
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational, multitasking and analytical skills.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Strong sales and negotiation skills.
· Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
· Knowledge of engineered wood products and terminology.
· Knowledge of construction practices and use of engineered wood products.
