Our Company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction, if you have good communication skills and ability to reach out to the potential customers to demonstrate our service, we’d like to meet you.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SALES
1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
2. Responding to incoming mails (make sure that you deliver quality sales by understanding customer requirement, giving alternate options,
3. Attending calls related to emails (Resolves customer complaints and queries)
4. Attending and responding WhatsApp inquiries
5. Timely follow up to be done on the mails quoted (refer the follow up process flow)
6. Calli previous customers (the end users) to Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
7. Doing marketing for our products (email marketing, whats app marketing – sending flyers, having promotions, or any new innovative ideas)
8. Preparing monthly sales reports.
9. Make recommendations to management to enhance our sales
10. Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
1. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
2. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
3. Selling, communication and negotiation skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
